We're not in Kansas anymore Toto.

I had my first couple of Tornado warnings in Tennessee. The first one (where I took these pictures) was while I was at work at Starbucks and it wasn't too scary. The second one I was home alone with my dog copper in a closet waiting for the advisory to go away. They say that if there is a tornado outside it sounds like a train, so every time the thunder would intensify... i would freak out and say, "is that a train?" I survived though.. and the clouds look cool so here are some pictures from the day i felt adventurous!

Starbucks Iced Coffee.. the new gateway drug.

Wow. I really believe Starbucks Iced Coffee is the new gateway drug. It is readily available and legal. I really believe its like crack.... on ice. I'm feeling the results this morning. Can you have a hang over from coffee? I feel horrible.. it is sad to say but I feel like an addict who needs their next hit. Just waiting to get to work at 9:30 this morning for my fix. I can't even function. I think I have a problem.

Playing Catch Up.

Its been waaaay too long since I have updated you all. I'm sorry. My computer chord was shot and had to get a new power chord for my laptop. I'll try and give you a little update. Hopefully I'll be a better blogger again. Love you all.

The Biggest Loser.
I stood in line for 8 1/2 hrs for an open casting call for the biggest loser. I never got a call back. :( I'm gonna keep trying though. Here are some highlights.

Went to Chattanooga.. but didn't see the Choo Choo.

I got a way for a long day trip. My cousin Lois from California is here and us ladies hopped in the rental car and cruised to Chattanooga for the day. We hiked to an underground waterfall.. and then hit the Chattanooga Aquarium, which is ranked in the top 10 of the United States. It was so much fun.. here are some highlights.

The First Fake Tree I've Ever Owned.

We bought our Christmas tree today. Its the first fake tree I've ever owned, but fresh trees are astronomical here, and its not like I can hike in to the woods around here and cut one down. It still is pretty.. and its beginning to look a lot like Christmas over here.
